Assess the Situation

As unappealing as it may be, hop on that scale, weigh yourself and set a goal to aim for. Whether you want to lose a certain number of pounds or convert body fat to lean muscle, this will help you put a game plan in place. Next, get rid of all the big, baggy clothes you hide underneath during the winter and hang your sundresses and swimsuits in the front of your closet so they become your focus.
