INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of unsalted black beans
  • 4 Tbsps maple syrup or preferred sweetener
  • 2 Tbsps Barney Butter of preferred flavor
  • 2 Tbsps cocoa powder

For Coating

  • Chocolate chips (melted)
  • Optional – sprinkles, chocolate chips, coconut, etc.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until cakey.
  2. Form into balls and place on a lined baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Place candy sticks in the balls and dunk in melted chocolate.
  4. Sprinkle extra toppings, and let set in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
