- 2 medium avocados
- 3 Tbs. cacao powder
- 1 Tbs. vanilla
- 1–2 Tbs. honey (or coconut nectar)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2–3 Tbs. unsweetened almond milk, optional
Combine avocados, cacao powder, vanilla, honey (or coconut nectar), and cinnamon in food processor, and blend to desired consistency. Add unsweetened almond milk, if desired, for a fluffier mousse.
