Blueberry Banana Protein Waffles⁠

-1 1/4 gf all purpose flour 

-2 large ripened- smashed bananas ⁠

-2 tsp baking powder⁠

-2 scoops vanilla protein powder⁠

-1 T apple cider vinegar mixed with 2-3 T soy milk (vegan buttermilk)

-1 tsp baking soda⁠

-2 T cornstarch⁠

-1 cup vanilla sesame milk⁠

-1/4 tsp salt⁠

-2 tsp cinnamon⁠

-1 tsp vanilla extract ⁠

-1 T ground flax⁠

-1 T chia seeds⁠

-1/2 cup coconut oil⁠

-2/3 cup blueberries (save some for garnishing)⁠

Directions:⁠
Prepare apple cider vinegar and soy milk in a bowl. Set aside for about 5 minutes.⁠
Put bananas in separate bowl and smash. Set aside.Measure out gf flour, salt, baking powder and soda, cinnamon, cornstarch, flax seed, and chia seeds. Add smashed bananas, vanilla extract, milk/apple cider mixture, coconut oil and 2/3 cup blueberries. Mix until incorporated. Put in hot waffle iron to cook. ⁠
