Make This: Lemons Poppy Seed Smoothie

 

LEMON “POPPY SEED” SMOOTHIE (SERVES 1)

1 cup of fairlife 2% milk
1 scoop (or a single-serve packet) of Performance Inspired Whey Vanilla
3 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp of chia seeds
3-4 ice cubes

Put all ingredients into a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
