Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado, ½ sliced thin, for garnish
  • 2 green tomatoes, 1 small dice, for garnish
  • .5 ea. English Cucumber, ½ small dice, for garnish
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeds removed, ½ small dice for garnish
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, ½ sliced thin for garnish
  • 1 rib celery, ½ small dice for garnish
  • 1 oz rice wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1 tablespoon Spiceology Mango Tango Salt-Free Seasoning
  • 1 oz. Chili Margarita Olive Oil, 1 tsp. rub. 1 oz. olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Place avocado in blender.
  2. Add green tomato to blender.
  3. Add cucumber to blender
  4. Add bell pepper to blender.
  5. Add jalapeno to blender.
  6. Add celery to blender.
  7. Add rice vinegar to blender.
  8. Add garlic to blender and puree all ingredients.
  9. Season with 1 tablespoon Mango Tango Seasoning.
  10. Garnish with Knife Cuts.
