Mango Puree

  • 10oz / 3 cups mango
  • 1/4 cup sugar 
  • juice of half lime

Watermelon Puree 


  1. Blend all ingredients in mango puree together.
  2. Blend all ingredients in watermelon puree together.
  3. Fill up your mold by one third with mango. Then pour in a third of the way with watermelon, then top it off with mango. 
  4. Freeze overnight.
  5. Dip molds in hot water so the paletas come out easy then serve immediately or bag up for later.
