LifeToGo is an e-commerce company based in the US, and we are required to charge sales tax, which may vary over time, depending on the state to which items are being shipped.
Our Shipping Policy
LifeToGo offers Free Ground Shipping with Select Suppliers* for all orders over $15 Valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for free shipping. LifeToGo branded items will be charged shipping and calculated based on Ground Shipping only in the Continental US.
*Select Suppliers include: EVVOBODY, geckobrands, Montana Mex, Thunderbird, and Zanapure
We offer only Standard shipping (usually takes one to three business day transit). Please note that order processing may take up to two business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
We are currently only shipping to the all states in the US. At this time we do not ship internationally.
Returns and Exchanges

Your happiness is important to us! If you are unhappy with a product purchased on LifeToGo, please notify us in writing via email within 21 days of receiving your order. If the product cannot be returned, we will work with you to receive a credit or refund.
LifeToGo needs to approve all returns, exchanges or refunds. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Certain merchandise is not eligible for return including, but not limited to, perishable products, beauty products, dietary supplements, food or beverages, digital downloads, gift cards, and final sale items. Authorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
To return or exchange an item, follow the directions below:
Please email us at Support@lifetogo.com and reference your order # and reason for request and we will be right back to you with next steps or shipping label and address.
Print the prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package, and take the package to a drop-off location. Please note that the return label fee is $10 for returns In the Continental US, which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own return shipping method, please reference the return form on the back of your invoice for return instructions.
Any item returned more than thirty days after receipt is not eligible for refund.
Certain merchandise is not eligible for return including, but not limited to, perishable products, beauty products, dietary supplements, food or beverages, digital downloads, gift cards, and final sale items.
