In case any of us needed these epic and cozy pancakes today (or this weekend!) here’s the recipe! Simple, with a hint of vanilla and spice, and drizzled with almond butter.
Here is what you need to make these heavenly pancakes! ✨
1/2 cup of oat flour
1/2 a banana, mashed
1 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin purée
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 scoop of vanilla protein (can sub for and add extra 2 teaspoons oat flour and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
1/2 cup of milk
