Juicing up breakfast is Jui's favorite hobby. She made creamy 'Green goodness' smoothie with spinach, cashews, apple and an over ripe banana. We love that she subbed avocado with Karma Nuts Raw Jumbo Cashews to get the thick creamy texture.

What You'll Need:

  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 whole apple
  • 1 over ripe banana 
  • 2 tbsp Karma Nuts Raw Jumbo Cashews
  • 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice


  1. Prep all fruit to fit into blender
  2. Drop all ingredients into blender and pulse until well blended 
  3. Enjoy!
