Vegancaroline coming in hot with PISTACHIO ICE CREAM YOATS 💚 Ice cream inspired breakfast? Yes, please!

Step1️⃣: cook oats using your desired method (I like to microwave them because it’s quicker!)

Step2️⃣: prepare your tofu yogurt by blending the following ingredients: •1/4 block silken tofu •1/2 of a raw zucchini, chopped •1 scoop @drinkorgain vanilla protein •1 tsp @zulay_kitchen matcha •a splash of almond extract

Step3️⃣: mix the tofu yogurt with the cooked oats and add your toppings! I used pistachios, frozen berries, and a pistachio Thunderbird Bar on top!
