Crust:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 Hazelnut Coffee Maca bars⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 dates ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Blend these together in a food processor and press into a 6x8 pan for the crust⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Topping:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 c soaked cashews⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 c maple syrup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 c coconut oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 tsp coffee grounds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/8 c coconut or oat milk (you can also sub the milk for liquid coffee instead of using coffee grounds) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Blend all of this in a food processor or blender until all the cashews are smooth. Pour over top of crust and chill until the topping is firm. Enjoy!
